1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at tropicore.in or engaging Tropicore ("we", "us", "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Tropicore provides digital product development services including, but not limited to: cross-platform mobile application development, website design and development, and application store publishing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract for each engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, the client receives ownership of all custom-developed source code and design assets created specifically for their project. Tropicore retains the right to:

• Use generic frameworks, libraries, and tools developed independently of the client's project.
• Display completed projects in our portfolio (unless the client requests confidentiality in writing).
• Retain and reuse general knowledge and skills acquired during the engagement.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Tropicore reserves the right to suspend work on accounts with overdue balances.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project agreement specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed specification will be quoted and billed separately. Change requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tropicore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.

8. Warranties & Disclaimer

We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee that applications will be free from all bugs, or that they will meet third-party platform requirements that change after delivery. Our website is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date. If the client terminates, the deposit is non-refundable. Tropicore will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
